Our 'total outsourced accounting solution' works as follows :-
- you scan your invoices/receipts using an app on your smartphone called AutoEntry - which we
would provide for you
- your bank information would import daily into our secure software system called Xero
- we would then process all the bookkeeping records on a regular basis (often daily so your figures
are totally up-to-date)
- we would process any payroll as required
- we would prepare/file your VAT returns
- we would review your figures BEFORE any accounts are prepared towards the end of the
accounting year - this is what sets us apart from having a separate bookkeeper & accountant
- we would prepare your annual account/tax returns as required
However, as mentioned before, despite this being our preferred choice for a client, so that we can
totally focus on getting you the best solution possible, we also offer every one of these services
individually as well.
So, if you just want a bookkeeper but not an accountant, then no problem. Or indeed vice versa.
