Our software of choice is Xero - in our opinion THE best cloud software out there. We can set it up
so your bank information imports on a daily basis, giving you the most up-to-date bookkeeping
you have EVER had.
We also use an app called AutoEntry which will process all of your invoices & receipts for you -
simply snap them with your mobile and that's it - let us do the rest. No more worries about your
paperwork - after we've got secure copies in both AutoEntry AND Xero the paperwork can be
securely destroyed.
We believe these two pieces of software put together can totally transform your bookkeeping &
accounting.
But it doesn't end there. We use a few other pieces of key software as well - but they're based ‘in
the cloud' so we can work on your records whenever we need to, and wherever we are.
Cloud software is fast becoming the norm, particularly in the accounting & bookkeeping world. It is
mainly because it allows so much collaboration, as well as features like bank feeds which enable
us to keep your figures completely up-to-date.
